Jim Thorpe is one of the coolest cats on the Champions tour - nice to see another victory under his belt. His easy going demeanor and unconventional swing make him a treat to watch.

Jim Thorpe is apparently a good name for an athlete . There is a great mountain biking town in PA named after the other Jim Thorpe.

LOL; I found some images of a some old school white track star.
He's half native american. That's old-school racial diversity. The stripping of his medals for playing a couple years of farm-league ball was allegedly racially motivated, which is an allegation I'm inclined to believe.
